How to Cancel an Order
You can cancel an order any time before the order is sent to the packing and shipping queue. When your order is completed and fully paid for it is placed in the order validation queue with the status “Pending Validation”. Once validated it is placed in the packing and shipping queue with the status “Being Prepared”.
To cancel an order while it has the “Pending Validation” status, please send an email to our customer service team using the following email address

during our operating hours, which are 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time – 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, and 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time – 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Saturday.
If you cancel your order after 30 days from the date your order was completed and fully paid for, you hereby acknowledge and agree by doing so that an administration fee of $9.90 will be automatically charged and deducted from your payment without any further notice from us as set forth in Section 2 of the Terms and Conditions of Online Sales. Further, in the event your order is not validated in accordance with these terms within 60 days of placing your order on our Website, we reserve the right, and you hereby acknowledge and agree by placing your order, that we may reject your order and refund you the monies paid, minus the $9.90 administration fee as set forth in the preceding sentence.
