Antihistamine & antiemetic caplet
Meclizine is an antihistamine and antiemetic caplet for cats and dogs used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting. It prevents nausea and vomiting by reducing the activity of the center in the brain that controls nausea. It also prevents motion sickness by inhibiting the stimulation of the vestibular system of the brain. The vestibular system is located within the inner ear and is responsible for detecting motion.
