All products on the Website are sold and shipped by
Vet Perfect, Inc.
Orders are prepared 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday, and shipped 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday.
All orders validated before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be packed and shipped the same day, whenever the products and quantities you ordered are available.
Orders are currently delivered by our logistics partner FedEx which undertakes deliveries 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday.

Rates include order preparation costs and packing costs, regardless of the contents of the order.
Free Shipping
Given the nature of the products sold on the Website, each order requires special handling and expedited shipping. For these reasons we only offer free shipping with
FedEx 2 Day Express
on orders of

or more (prior to taxes and other related expenses).
